A guided tour is always a good idea at the start of your stay.

✦ If it's your first visit, I will show you the highlights of Buda and Pest, and provide enough information to understand today's Hungary and to get by in the Hungarian capital.

✦ On a second visit, you are ready to explore other gems, sadly neglected by mass tourism : some in plain sight like Turkish and Habsburg heritage, some less obvious but much closer to the life of locals.

Unless otherwise specified, the prices below are given per tour, not per person. Prices include VAT, but exclude additional costs (e.g. public transportation, entrance tickets, refreshments).

✦ Half-day tour (5 hours) : 170€

✦ Full-day tour (9 hours) : 210€

Running tours:

✦ 5-8km (3-5 mile) run: 20€ / person

A choice of green areas or touristic trails.

Well-deserved finisher medal and a drink (both included).

The overall experience lasts about 2 hours.

Pace: about 5'30"/km (8'50"/mile) or slower.
